The ECOMARINE forum on “Alarming Marine Ecosystem Issues and Importance of Establishing Continuous Monitoring Programs” will take place on the 23rd of February 2022 (2.00-5.00pm – 7.00-10.00 CET) via the Webex platform. It is an online event which will be discussing important issues pertaining to threats to our marine ecosystem such as plastic pollution, climate change and habitat loss.

This event will bring together panelists from different organizations who are experts in their own field to talk on recent developments, monitoring programs, policies and regulations, sustainability as well as future directions in managing our marine ecosystem.

The ECOMARINE forum is aimed to help share the common goal of our “ECOMARINE-Building a Comprehensive Mechanism for Preserving Marine Ecosystems and Life from the negative consequences of Climate Change and the disposal of Plastic Debris” project which is co-funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
